Social recipes are not always written like recipes
A creator might mention quantities in a caption, say one step aloud, show another on screen and leave some details unstated. SIZZIO uses the recipe information it can access and may reconstruct missing quantities or steps when a source does not expose everything clearly.
The point is not to clone the video
The useful outcome is a practical cooking format: ingredients, servings, timings and steps that you can use when you are standing in the kitchen. The original creator and source remain where you discovered them.
Then it joins the rest of SIZZIO
An imported recipe can be opened as a normal SIZZIO recipe and becomes part of the same cooking flow as recipes you discover or build inside the app.

Can SIZZIO import a YouTube recipe?
Yes. Public YouTube recipe links are supported alongside public recipe webpages and TikTok links.
Can I change the number of servings?
Yes. Recipe Import lets you choose the serving count and SIZZIO scales the imported recipe for that number of people.
Can I reopen recipes I imported before?
Yes. SIZZIO keeps a Previously imported list so imported recipes can be reopened later.
Will the imported recipe always match the creator word for word?
Not necessarily. Some sources hide details or do not publish exact quantities and steps. SIZZIO may reconstruct missing recipe information rather than reproduce a creator's wording exactly.
